Advocate & Solicitor, Supreme Court of Singapore · Family & Matrimonial Law

Biography

Eunice's professional career began at the Singapore Ministry of Defence, where she dealt with national security issues. Wanting to make a more personal impact in people's lives, she pursued a second degree in law, graduating with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Leeds in 2016.

She went on to further her studies in Spain, graduating as one of the top students with a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law, Foreign Trade and International Relations from Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) Barcelona in 2018, and more recently, an Executive Master in International Sports Law from ISDE Madrid in 2024.

Eunice previously practised at one of Singapore's top dispute resolution firms, handling construction, shareholder, and insolvency-related disputes, and trained in corporate law with considerable experience in corporate drafting, company advisory, and corporate tenancy matters. It was in family law, however, that she found her calling.

She has extensive experience conducting mediations and hearings across all levels of the Family Courts, covering divorce, adoption, contested ancillary matters, and probate, Wills, and LPA matters. Clients consistently note her empathy, patience, and ability to understand and resolve the issues closest to their hearts.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, French, and Spanish, Eunice brings an international and multi-disciplinary perspective to the matters that come before her.

Outside of law, Eunice enjoys playing the drums, padel, and tennis, watching football, and is currently working on perfecting her golf swing.
